Custom and personalized orders

All our products are handmade and can be made individually according to your order: custom size, custom design, different colors or patterns. The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
We usually send our products one week after the order, if it is a special individual order the process can take up for two weeks.

Please note that shipping time does not include making time. It generally takes between 7-14 days for the garments to be made. If you need it fast, please send us a message first so that we can ensure we can get it to you.

Sizing details

How to choose the right size of linen dress? It is important to choose the right size of linen clothes as this fabrics lacks elasticity. If you doubt about the right size or do not find the dress of appropriate size from offered standard sizes, you may contact us personally. We will be pleased to answer any questions

Please read the descriptions of items carefully and if you have any questions, ask me before placing the order!

Note that colours may look different on your display depending on their settings and technical characteristics. If you are uncertain and the exact tone is really important, please do not hesitate to contact us and since these are handmade garments, please allow small difference in measurement (limited to 1-6 cm).

Shipping

If you would like to receive your order faster than 3-4 weeks, we recommend to choose FEDEX express shipping. We offer free Fedex express shipping for order over 150eu.

From July 1, 2022, we have to pay customs 20-30eu for all returned shipments to Lithuania. For this reason, we cannot accept return shipments from the USA, Canada, Australia, Asia. We only accept shipments from EU countries.

We don’t take a responsibility for damages or lost parcels due to the shipping – postal services are the ones handling your order once it is shipped.

If you would like to add INSURANCE – contact us prior you make a purchase – it is not automatically included.

Custom and personalized orders

What I have to do, if my linen dress has a defect? If you think that your purchased linen dress has a defect or contains serious manufacture damage, you need to contact us. We are deeply concerned about the quality of our produced linen dress and carefully examine all the manufacture process. Linen fabric is natural and has only unique threads on its surface. Frequently, linen fibres and extremely small knots on its surface could fall on when making a drawing and processing the line with modern technologies. These knots can lean back when you wash an item from linen fabric.However, it only proves that this linen dress manufactured using only organic linen fabric, relying on centuries-old and unique traditions of production.

Parcel has been sent

You will receive an email to confirm when your item has been sent.
You can check the status of your order and individual items by accessing My Account details and following the prompts.

It may be advisable to check with your neighbours to see if a parcel has been left with them, check any outhouses you might have where it may be left if it cannot fit through your letterbox and contact your local sorting office to see if the item has been returned to the depot as undelivered and awaiting collection.
